This year we decided to run in the morning 5k So we missed the balloons with the kids. My mom did take them but we dont have any pictures of them. After the race we picked up the kids and went to find Ians family down on the parade route. 
Even though the kids where very tired from a late night before they did very well and had a lot of fun with the cousins watching the parade.
Ian, Dad and I all ran the 5k and Kyle ran the 10k. It was fun and a tradition I would love to continue.
